Simple userbar effect

Result:

In a few easy steps I'll show u how to make this userbar :

Step 1:
Open a new document in photoshop using these settings :

Step 2:
Duplicate your background layer (right-click on your background layer -> duplicate layer).

Step 3:
For instant,open any picture or image and drag it to layer 1.If you are creative enough you can make your own picture like i did here.Adjust the image into the layer 1 and make sure the pattern or image fill up the entire layer.

Step 4:
Select the elliptical marquee tool and draw a selections like this and named it shine layer :

Step 5:
Then right click in your selection -> fill -> white -> opacity 25%. Press Ctrl+D to deselect.
Create a new layer above the shine layer and name it stroke. Go to select -> select all. Right click inside the userbar. Fill -> stroke (make sure your foreground color is set to black) -> 1px-> inside.

Step 6:
Click the Text Tool and write a word, here i wrote "BloodShed".Set the text color to #FFFFFF and stroke of 1px with #000000.I used Bank Ghotic GT font type, medium size with 14pt and smooth effect.

And walah, u've got a simple userbar.Here are some of my userbars ready to use.
